Do you offer Telehealth sessions?
Yes, I do! Due to my extended maternity leave, I am only seeing clients via telehealth at this time. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform, SimplePractice. For instructions and tips on how to get connected for your telehealth session, download Telehealth by SimplePractice's Getting Started Guide. If you are a new patient, please contact the office before scheduling an appointment. How long is each therapy session? How often do we meet?
My sessions are generally 55 minutes long. Initially, it may be helpful for us to meet weekly to identify goals we want to accomplish together. However, we may meet less or more frequently based on your referral concerns and availability. |

If you do not have insurance or do not wish to use your insurance, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate. After our initial session, I will be able to better understand your treatment needs and can offer a cost estimate for your services. Please ask about receiving a Good Faith during our first meeting. |
